• This park holds an strategic location, with convergence of two of the main highways in Mexico: the Federal Highway 40 which connects trough Monterrey, the United States and Canada; and the Federal highway 57, which goes to the northern border of Piedras Negras city but also to southern cities like San Luis Potosí, Querétaro and to Mexico City

• The facilities will have the infrastructure on site: gas, water, electricity and fiber optics.

• There will be private security service 24 hours a day, 365 days, CCTV system within the Industrial Park. In addition there will be a wastewater treatment plant.
